Insight: People generally find karaoke as very enjoyable social activity and Spotify could be provide a service that is easy available to that demographic.

Insight: The current user base is not aware of the multiple collaboration tools available to them, possibly from a lack of interest in looking for them. Where as a karaoke feature could be entertaining enough to be a feature worth looking for.
